Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p98.asia ("p98", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing p98, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
By registering an account with p98 or by accessing any part of the p98 platform at p98.asia, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using p98 and close your account.
These Terms apply to all services provided by p98, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting (including cricket betting and PSL markets), live dealer tables, slot machines, arcade games, promotional bonuses, and all account-related services including the p98 Login portal, deposit facilities, and withdrawal processing.
These Terms should be read alongside the p98 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and p98.
Age Requirement. 18+ Access to p98 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. p98 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfied.
Jurisdictional Eligibility. Online gambling is regulated differently across different jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether it is legal for you to access and use p98 from your location. p98 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. Pakistani players and players in all other locations accessing p98 do so at their own legal risk and accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Exclusions. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account with p98: (a) individuals under the age of 18; (b) individuals who are self-excluded from p98 or any affiliated platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of p98 and its software providers; (d) individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one p98 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. p98 may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, p98 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and, at its sole discretion, to forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.
KYC Verification. p98 may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing withdrawal requests, or in response to a change in account activity. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent proof of address, and a selfie. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p98 Login credentials, including your username and password. p98 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You agree to notify p98 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. p98 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Accepted Payment Methods. p98 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p98 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed in accordance with p98's standard processing schedule. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit or to a verified account in your own name. p98 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Transaction Charges. p98 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile money operator) may apply their own transaction charges for which p98 bears no responsibility.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider while a p98 account dispute is unresolved constitutes a breach of these Terms. p98 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and pursue recovery of any fraudulently reversed funds.
p98 may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions, the use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or the coordination of accounts to manipulate bonus outcomes, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
p98 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
All bets and wagers placed on p98 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. Game rules are accessible within each game and sports betting market on the p98 platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
Cricket Betting. PSL, ICC, and bilateral cricket markets on p98 are governed by specific cricket betting rules accessible in the sports betting section. p98 reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing or data error has occurred.
Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game or betting session, p98 will endeavour to settle any affected bets in accordance with its standard dispute resolution procedure. Where a game round cannot be completed, the applicable game provider's rules on mid-round disconnection will govern the outcome.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game and betting market. p98 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts where it determines this to be necessary.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p98 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
p98 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct pending investigation, and to permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is confirmed, with forfeiture of any bonus funds and, where applicable, funds derived from prohibited activity.
All content on the p98 platform, including but not limited to the p98 brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, data feeds, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of p98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p98 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from p98 without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p98 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the p98 platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data loss, unauthorised account access resulting from your own negligence, or changes to applicable laws affecting your ability to access the platform.
p98's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your p98 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

By p98. p98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) there has been a breach of these Terms; (b) the account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering; (c) the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements; or (d) continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
By You. You may close your p98 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. p98 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Players will be notified in advance before any dormancy fee is applied.
p98 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at p98.asia/privacy-policy. By registering with p98, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
p98 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and cryptographic hashing of stored passwords.
p98 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p98 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of p98 following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using p98 and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of p98, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which p98 is licensed and regulated. p98 operates under an international online gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, or account matter, you should first contact p98 customer support in writing. p98 commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or an independent dispute resolution service.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
